Snow mixing with rain after midnight north of Clam Gulch. Clam Gulch south..rain mixing with snow after midnight. Snow accumulation 1 to 4 inches with highest accumulations north of Clam Gulch. Lows in the mid 20s to mid 30s. Northeast wind 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph except east wind increasing to 25 to 45 mph then diminishing toward morning around Kachemak Bay.
