Snow mixing with rain along the coast. Precipitation may be heavy at times in the evening. Snow accumulation 4 to 12 inches with highest amounts inland. Lows in the mid 20s to lower 30s. East wind 30 to 45 mph with gusts to 65 mph through Portage Valley and Turnagain Arm.
