... A cool and dry November across the midsouth...

The month of November was below normal in temperatures as well as
precipitation across the entire midsouth. Several unusually strong
cold fronts and Canadian high pressure systems moved across the
region last month. As a result... much colder than normal high and
low temperatures were recorded. November is usually one of the
wettest months across the midsouth... but November 2008 was
abnormally dry.
