Rain gradually moving out of central Minnesota into the northern part of the state. At noon rain continued to fall over parts of central Minnesota. However...the rain was diminishing in both intensity and area of coverage. The rain area was located to the north of a Morris...Paynesville Cambridge line. Movement continued to the northeast at about 30 miles an hour. Rainfall totals should be only a few hundredths of an inch through early this afternoon.
