July 4th 2008 was relatively mild with high temperatures only reaching the middle 70s across northern Indiana... southwest lower Michigan and Northwest Ohio. Normally... high temperatures on July 4th are in the lower to middle 80s. Relative humidity values were also quite low for early July... making it feel pleasant and comfortable.
