At 1 am...National Weather Service radars indicated scattered showers and thunderstorms across portions of northeast Oklahoma...located along a line from Elgin to Bartlesville...Nowata and hollow. Movement for all activity was slow and erratic to the southeast. Very heavy rain...frequent lightning and wind gusts to 30 mph is likely in the strongest thunderstorms. Through 3 am...isolated showers and thunderstorms will likely continue across far northeast Osage County...Washington...Nowata and Craig counties. The strongest thunderstorms will continue with a risk of gusty winds...small hail and very heavy rain. Some localized flooding could become an issue...especially in areas with persistent heavy rain.
