The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a red flag warning... which is in effect from noon today to 5 PM CST this afternoon. Relative humidity is expected to range 17 to 20 percent this afternoon when temperatures rise into the 70s. Southwest wind will maintain 20 to 25 mph. A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now... or will shortly.
