... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM EST
Friday...
The National Weather Service says a Winter Weather Advisory
remains in effect until 6 PM EST Friday.
Snow will generally accumulate 2 to 4 inches by Friday evening
although isolated spots could get 5 or 6 inches. Northwest winds
gusting to 25 mph can cause some blowing and drifting snow.
Take extra care traveling tonight and Friday as this heavy snow
episode can cause several hazards such as reduced visibility and
snow covered slippery pavements. Allow extra time for the morning
and evening commutes to work and school.
