Winter Weather Advisory
Statement as of 2:30 PM MST on December 02, 2008
... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 5 am MST
Wednesday...
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow remains in
effect until 5 am MST Wednesday.
Rain and snow will change to snow early this evening... and
continue through the night. Snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches
are expected with locally higher amounts. In addition... northwest
winds of 15 to 25 mph will result in areas of blowing snow at
times reducing visibility to less than one half mile. The
snowfall is expected to taper off early Wednesday morning.
A Winter Weather Advisory means snow... freezing precipitation...
strong winds... and cold temperatures will create hazardous
conditions. Use caution when outdoors or traveling.
