from Malibu to Hollywood...

A Wind Advisory remains in effect until 3 PM PDT Tuesday.

Northeast winds will increase overnight to 20 to 35 mph with
gusts to 50 mph below passes and canyons from Malibu to
Hollywood. These winds will then continue through early Tuesday
afternoon.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult... especially for
high profile vehicles. Use extra caution and be prepared for
sudden gusty cross winds.

... Red flag warning remains in effect until 10 PM PDT Wednesday for
strong northeast winds and low humidities...

A red flag warning remains in effect until 10 PM PDT Wednesday.

Northeast winds 20 to 35 mph with local gusts to 50 mph below passes
and canyons can be expected. The strongest winds across Los Angeles
County will mainly be confined to locations from Malibu to the
Hollywood Hills. In addition... humidity levels are expected to lower
to single digits during the day with poor recovery expected at night.
The strong late night and early morning offshore winds combined with
very low humidity conditions are expected to last through Wednesday.

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions are
occurring now. A combination of strong winds... low relative humidity
... And warm temperatures will create the potential for explosive
fire growth. Please advise the appropriate officials or fire crews
in the field of this red flag warning.
