Central Virginia's temps have all been within an average range for the past 11 months. A little on the wet side now, which is better than what we started out back in January to the latter part of April--slightly below average precipitation.
June does indicate starting out warmer than usual, but it seems to settle a bit near the end of the month. September's average looks just that. Average.

December looks like it's going to be a bit cooler than usual. Actually it already has been cooler. Look at the Climate Prediction Center map here:

They are also predicting an "average" amount of precipitation for December - which means no more and no less than what is considered "normal."
