I've received a prayer request for a man named Marvin McClure. He is a close friend of MN. He is not expected to live much longer leaving his family this upcoming season with a large loss in their life. While we celebrate for all that we have, please take a moment to pray for those facing hardship.

Among these prayers, pray please also for those killed in the on-going Indian crisis, for an end to Islamic terrorists. No religion gets where it wants to be through murder of innocent people.

And lastly I ask for prayers for the family of a temp. worker trampled to death by rabid shoppers at Walmart and that this craze of getting a bargin be put to an end. No one should lose their lives, something no price can be put on, for a cheap piece of cr@p. This idiocy has to stop.

I'd like to start a petition to Walmart to stop their early morning rush-a-thon sales. If they simply must use this tactic, then tell them to have an online sale. Maybe they will crash their server but that will be cheaper than someone losing their lives. If this had been a one time thing, I could say it was a fluke. But this is just another in a long list of deaths from this type of sales technique.
