Looking at satellite images tonight, 92L seems a bit disorganized, as the COC is well away from the thunderstorm activity. The NHC has designated this area as a high probability of gaining TD status within 48 hours. It might very well obtain that mark, but as of tonight, it looks pretty ragged.
93L has a well defined COC, but thunderstorms are limited because of wind shear of 15-20kts. The shear is supposed to lessen in the next 24 hours, and with it over warm water, and warmer water ahead of it. I say this will be a depression within 48 hours.
Both these systems will have to be watched.
